Reading One

The peace of the running water to you,
The peace of the flowing air to you,
The peace of the quiet earth to you,
The peace of the shining star to you,
And the love and the care of all of us to you.

Reading Two

We commit you (name) into the cycle of living and of dying and into the safekeeping of our hearts and our memories. The fact of death cannot destroy what has been given and so we thank you for the gifts of your life and with our love and our deepest respect, we now let you go.
