Islam Prayers for Death and Emergencies

To help a dying, injured person, or person in an emergency situation Moslems recite the following:

1. First Prayer

There is no God except Allah the Generous and Patient There is no God except Allah the Almighty and All-Wise. Pure is that Allah Who is Creator of the seven heavens and the seven earths and all that is in them and between them; He is the Lord of all these things and the Arsh and all praise is due to Allah Who is the Lords of all the worlds.

LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHUL H’ALEEMUL KAREEM.. LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHUL A’LIYYUL A’Z’EEM. SUBH’AANALLAAHI RABBIS SAMAAWAATIS SAB-I’ WA RABBIL ARZ”EENAS SAB-I’ WA MAA BAYNAHUMAA WA RABBIL A’R SHIL A’Z’EEM WAL-H’AMDU LILLAAHI RABBIL A’ALAMEEN.

2 Second prayer

There is no God besides Allah. Muhammad is His messenger.
O Allah ! Help me to overcome the agonies and difficulties of death

3.Phrase which is part of a verse from the Quran

The phrase is part of a verse from the Quran and is recited by Muslims when a person experiences a tragedy in life, especially upon hearing news that a Muslim has died. The phrase is also recited in situation that involves risk of any sort.
“Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return”.
